WIRELESS ACCESS
TelcoServe has installed more than 500 Base Stations and associated infrastructure including more than 10,000 CPE lines, completing turnkey broadband and wireless network infrastructure deployments. These networks have been deployed in various African countries, incorporating both dense metropolitan type rooftop builds, and rural tower builds. The access technologies deployed include fixed and mobile WiMAX networks, proprietary WLAN and WLL systems and Metro WiFi technologies.
TRANSMISSION
TelcoServe has supplied many hundreds of PTP transmission links, including licensed microwave links in 6-38 GHz and links in sub-6 GHz, carrying both E1 and IP traffic, for incumbent operators, mobile operators, ISP’s and private networks. TelcoServe provides installation and support services on these technologies
VSAT
TelcoServe has been involved with the installation of more than 350 remote sites, including hub infrastructure, to cater for a full range of managed satellite services. In addition TelcoServe provides mobile satellite services off the Inmarsat BGAN network to many clients in different parts of Africa.
CUSTOMER PREMESIS EQUIPMENT
TelcoServe has extensive experience with managing the logistics and implementation of CPE installations, including:
    * Setting appointments
    * Installing CPE's
    * Managing and attending to call outs
    * Managing stock
    * Procuring and managing installation materials

SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
TelcoServe has the necessary infrastructure in place to provide its customers with 24/7 support and maintenance, including a facility to log and track calls via a web based Helpdesk system. We maintain a core group of very experienced technicians who have the relevant skills to support all equipment that we supply.

NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE
TelcoServe is able to supply and install all associated equipment required to provide its customers with a turnkey solution. This includes:
    * Towers
    * Climate controlled shelters
    * Power Systems (48 VDC, AC UPS systems, solar etc)
    * Equipment racks
    * Bracketry and cable trays
    * Backhaul systems either PTP or PTMP
    * Network management systems.

INDOOR BUILDING SOLUTIONS
TelcoServe is able to design, supply, implement and maintain DAS solutions to provide in-building capacity and coverage enhancements for mobile operators. TelcoServe is the technology and integration partner to TelcoServe which specialises in implementing neutral host DAS infrastructures that are leased to the mobile operators

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
TelcoServe has highly skilled Project Managers who are responsible for managing all components of the projects undertaken. We make use of the Daptiv web based project management system in order to control all aspects of a nationwide project implementation from a central office.

MONITORING
TelcoServe can offer 24/7 monitoring for our customers' networks, in order provide pro-active maintenance for instances where there might be a degradation of services. We also have the facility to log and track calls via a web based Helpdesk and/or email system.

TRAINING
TelcoServe provides certified courses both in-country and at the Vendor locations. Courses can be customised to the client's requirements. In addition, TelcoServe provides full on-the-job training to the Operator's technicians and engineers during network rollouts.
